5th Grade Camp Information

5th Grade Camp  – February 5-7, 2020


Camp cost is $144.00 – This includes: All activities, all meals and snacks, lodging, bus transportation, all materials the students use during the activities, and a lifetime of memories.

3 Ways to Pay

  1. Four Equal Payments of $36.00. Payments are due 2nd Friday of each month: 10/11/19; 11/8/19; 12/13/19; and 1/10/20.
  2. One lump Sum: Payment is due on or before Friday, 10/11/19.
  3. If your child receives Free or Reduced lunch, they are eligible for a reduced camp fee. Please send a note to your child’s teach to request an alternate payment packet.

Payments: Check or Money Order made out to CHE PTA – Last day for Credit Card Payment is at the PTA Meeting on 9/19/2019.

Financial Support:
Please email PTA at board@chepta.org to discuss how the PTA may be able to support your family.

Payment Coupons:
It is important that you attach the provided payment coupon to your payment so the money is properly credited to your child.

Scholarship Donations:
There is a section on each payment coupon where you can opt to include an additional amount to the 5th Grade Scholarship Fund. We want to make sure that EVERY student that wants to attend camp can do so. Any additional amounts helps support the 5th Grade Scholarship Fund.
