5th Grade Camp – Paperwork and Final Camp Payment Reminder

Happy New Year!  We are just about a month away from camp which is so exciting!  Here are a couple of reminders….

DUE – This Friday, January 10th – Final Camp Payment Due.

***All money due by this Friday.  Check or Money Order made out to CHE PTA.  Cash can be taken in the office, exact change only in a an envelope with student and teacher name on it.  Email Jodie Cottrill at board@chepta.org if other arrangements need to be made.***

All Forms Due (upon return from break)

Thank you to those families that turned in papework prior to break.  Students cannot attend camp without completed paperwork.  This is a school district policy.  Keep an eye out for returned forms with missing info or signatures.
