Volunteer needed – Monday Feb 12

Parents –  We are in need of a volunteer to help us stuff flyers on Monday, Feb 12th.  We have three different flyers to go home with the kids next week andwe’d love your help to count out copies by classroom, and stuff in the teacher’s mailboxes.  You can easily be done in under an hour!  The time is flexible – anytime during the school day on Monday is perfect! Don’t forget – Movie night tonight at 7 PM

Good afternoon families! Don’t forget that tonight is our Family Movie Night!!   Doors open at 6:40 PM.  Come watch Despicable Me 3 with all of your friends.   The movie will start promptly at 7:00 PM.  Entrance is free (and parents, you do need to stay and attend with your child – this is not a drop-off event).    We’ll have classic movie snacks and drinks available for just $1.00 each! PTA meeting tonight – 7 PM!

Don’t forget that we have our 2nd PTA meeting of the year tonight at 7 PM in the library. Just a few of the topics on the agenda tonight are a recap of our Dance-A-Thon, electing a Nominating Committee, discussions about volunteer opportunities, our upcoming Crescent Heights One Book program, Movie Night, and updates on the Levy that voters will be facing on the Feb 13th election. CHE Theatrical Production – We need your help!!

Parents! Our Crescent Heights, One Book program is back for our 4th year at Crescent Heights!  In support of our book selection for this year, we will once again be producing an original theatrical production!  An event of this magnitude needs many helping hands.  Before you disregard this request and think “I’m not theatrical” or “Someone else will help out”….please take a look at our list of needs because it’s very likely YOU have just the skill set we are looking for! Uniform Donations Needed

Good morning CHE Families! Are you like me and taking some time over winter break to go through your child’s closets?  If so, we are in need of gently used uniforms for our uniform rack at school. Good evening families! A couple of reminders about tomorrow: – It’s FREE DRESS day!  Or opt in to wear an Ugly Christmas Sweater or join in on Pajama day! – Who’s ready for some SUGAR?  Every student gets a cupcake tomorrow at lunch to celebrate our Dance-A-Thon success.  We need a helper to pass out cupcakes during 3rd grade lunch from 11:25 – 11:50.  You’re guaranteed to be the coolest grownup around when you’re passing out 100 cupcakes!!  Sign up to help out here. Urgent – Book Fair Help is needed

Good evening families, Our Winter PTA Book Fair is all set up and ready for shoppers starting tomorrow, Wednesday Dec 6th. HOWEVER – We don’t have anyone signed up to cashier for us.  We won’t be able to open until 2:00 PM tomorrow (Wednesday) unless we can find someone to help us out.  Are you available from 12:00 – 2:00 PM to help us out?  The only requirement is that you are a paid PTA member.  There are instructions to guide you through the easy cashiering process.
