2016 Parent Survey

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I am very much invested and interested in knowing your feedback and thoughts about the education and experience your children have at Crescent Heights. I am proponent of being reflective, gathering feedback and adjusting practices in an effort to improve our school. Thank you for being so welcoming this school year and embracing some new approaches to how we operate as a school, in order to best meet the needs of your children, of whom we serve. Below is a link to a brief, 10-question survey around some topics of which I would like to know better your thinking and opinions. If you would be so kind as to take a few minutes and share with me your thinking, it will help me better understand and be able to lead Crescent Heights in a manner that meets the needs of every learner. The survey window for response collection will remain open through June 17, our last day of school. I appreciate you taking the time to share your thinking with me.

Please be sure to come in or have your child check the lost and found items as they are PILED high and it will go for donation if left unclaimed! Thank you!

We are looking forward to a great week!!!
