Here is a look at what is happening this week:

  • CHE Giving Tree: If you took a tag from our holiday giving tree, please be sure to drop the unwrapped gift and tag to the main office by Dec. 11th. From there our school counselors Miss Smith (jsmith5@tacoma.k12.wa.us) and Mrs. Prante (kprante@tacoma.k12.wa.us) will take care of the rest. Thank you!

  • 12.6-8th Early Dismissal at 12:15, Fall Conferences
  • 12.6 -8th Fall PTA Book Fair.  Help is needed to set up, sell, and take down the book fair. Please sign up here: sign-up genius.
  • 12.7 Student of the Month Assembly, 9:30

Looking ahead:

  • Winter Break begins Dec. 18th and school resumes on Jan. 2nd

CHE Giving Tree: We have some families in our school that are in need of some support during the holidays. Please consider picking up a tag from our tree in the main office and purchasing a gift. The unwrapped gift may be dropped off in the office until Dec. 11th. Yearbook Cover Contest: The yearbook theme this year is Video Games and Legos! Contest entry forms and information went home last week. Please encourage your child to create their very own masterpiece! Deadline for entry is Dec. 11th. Extra forms are in the main office, students may turn them into their teachers. Community:

  • Sign up now for golf and basketball! Registration forms are available at the Center at Norpoint, CHE office, or online right here. Volunteer coaches are needed.
