Mon. Oct 17th: Deadline for PTA’s Art Reflection Program entries.  2016-2017 theme is “What is Your Story?” Please turn your entry in to the main office.

Tues. Oct 18th:  5th Grade Parent Camp Meeting, 6:30 PM in the library.  A representative from Camp Seymour will be on hand to do a presentation about camp and answer your questions.  Your student is welcome to come with you!

Wed. Oct 19th: Kindergarten Field Trip to Maris Farms

Thurs. Oct 20th: First Grade Field Trip to Schilter’s Farm

Fri. Oct 21st: No school for Kindergarten only. District Data Day

We’re Hiring!  We are still seeking to fill 1 part-time Recess Supervisor position. Work hours are from 10:55 am – 1:25 pm, Monday through Friday. The position serves and supports kids to play and have fun on the playground, as well as assist with transitions to and from the lunchroom and classrooms. Important Safety Reminders for morning drop off:

Students are never to be dropped off in the lower parking lot. It is for bus and staff parking only.

Do not let your children out of the car until you are in the front (four cars) of the line, and a valet (teacher or student) will open the door and let the child out.

No parking is allowed in the drop off lane next to the curb. Please do not get out of your car in this lane.

If you are parking, children need to be escorted to the building.

Please do not cross the drop off zone while walking your child, use the sidewalk at the south end of the parking lot near the flagpole.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation, we know mornings are busy, we want to make sure all students are safe.

Fri. Oct 28th: Free dress/Popcorn Friday. If you’re available to help with popcorn, please sign up here.

Fri. Oct 28th: 6-8 p.m All school Sock Hop. A PTA sponsored event where the kids come dressed in costumes (not scary), and enjoy refreshments and dancing! If you’re available to volunteer, please sign up here. 

Thurs. Nov 3rd: Student of the month assembly, 9:30.
