Carnival is tomorrow – We have a few volunteer spots left!

Good evening families! Tomorrow night is our PTA Carnival!  We are looking forward to seeing lots of you there! We are still in need of a few volunteers to help out: – We need 2 more helpers from 5:45 – 6:30 – We need 4 more helpers from 7:30 – 8:00 – We need CUPCAKES!  We need about 12 dozen more cupcakes for our cake walk.  Can’t find cupcakes (QFC was sold out tonight)?  We’ll take cookies or brownies too! Carnival is one week away – help needed!

Good evening families, Our Crescent Heights Carnival is just one short week away!  We are still in need of volunteers to make this a fun and successful event for our kids. Please visit our sign up sheet here and grab a slot.  You’ll be hanging out with your kids anyway, why not help out?  Our shifts are just 1/2 hour so that lots of people can help and everyone can enjoy the evening with their kids as well. Please, consider helping out!  We would really appreciate your help. Thank you!

Trampoline Nation night – TONIGHT – 4 – 9 PM!

Don’t forget – tonight is our LAST Trampoline Nation night of the school year! Join us from 4 – 9 PM at Trampoline Nation.  Cost is $7 for the first hour, and $5 for an additional hour.  Just tell them you are with CHE when you check in! See YOU there!

Popcorn help needed on Friday!

Good morning families, We are in need of volunteers to help pop popcorn this Friday morning, May 26th. If we don’t have any volunteers, the popcorn event will need to be canceled again this month.  We need three volunteers from 9 – 10:30 and 2 from 10:30 – 12:00pm. Popcorn Friday profits go directly to helping to lower the cost for 5th grade camp.  Please consider helping out to keep camp affordable for our families and provide scholarships when needed. Looking for an easy, at-home way to help?

We’re looking for for a couple of volunteers to help with a super easy, low key, at-home task! The PTA hosts our “Books for Birthdays” program, and our librarian Ginny Fay has picked out a bunch of new books to be added to our book list! We are looking for a couple of volunteers that would be willing to add these new titles to our Amazon wish list.  All it requires is a computer and a little bit of time. This task can be done at home, in the evening, over a weekend…we’d just like to have it done by...
