Carnival help is still desperately needed!

Good morning, Our carnival is just one short week away from tomorrow!  Friday, May 29th from 6 – 8 PM. We are still quite short on volunteers for this event.  We have four inflatables (bouncy-type houses) coming that we must have 2 adult supervisors on each (8 people total, from 6 -8 pm) or we cannot allow children on them.  We also are bringing food in-house this year (no food trucks) to try to shorten the wait times, but we don’t have anyone signed up to serve food yet!   PLEASE sign up for a half hour shift (or two)...

Cookie Dough Fundraiser Pickup is Thursday, May 28th

All Parents: The Cookie Dough from our Spring Fundraiser will be available for pickup on Thursday, May 28th. Pickup will be from 3 – 6:30 PM in the instructional room.  We are not able to store cookie dough for students, and they may not take it home on the bus.  Please contact Tammy at tfossett@trueblueinc.com if you need to make alternate arrangements.  Thank you!

5th Grade Party & PTA Meetings tonight!

CHE Families, We have two important meetings tonight: We will be holding a 5th Grade Party planning meeting at 6:00 PM in the Instructional Room.  All 5th grade parents are invited to attend (along with any other parents who would like to help out!)  We will be outlining the plans for the party, and you’ll want to sign up early to get your pick of volunteer opportunities! Free Dress Day tomorrow (Friday) for Teacher Appreciation Week!

Tomorrow (Friday) is free dress day in honor of teacher appreciation week!! We are encouraging kids to wear their teacher’s favorite color in some way. I’m sure teachers will enjoy seeing the personality of their kids in free dress in general too!
