A message from your ASB:
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Pennies for Patients program is a service learning, character education and philanthropy program where students gain the unique experience of helping thousands of children and adults in their fight against blood cancers like leukemia. With Pennies for Patients, students see firsthand how their involvement can make a difference in helping save the lives of blood cancer patients simply by fundraising.
Crescent Heights will be participating in this 3-week program from March 7th-March 25th. On Friday, each student received a family letter and student collection container. Your student is able to collect coins in their container and bring them to school to add to their classroom collection container. At the end of the program we will count the donations and share the results.
