PTA Survey Results

CHE Families,

At the end of the school year in June, we offered families the opportunity to participate in a survey about PTA membership, programs and topics of importance to you.  We sent this out by email to our 212 Husky Connection subscribers, had it posted on our website, school website, and our Facebook page.  We also sent an invitation home via paper flyer to all 500 students, with a goal of 100 responses (20% of students).  We received 32 responses to the survey.  (Please note, this was a separate survey than the one offered by Mr. McGeeney).

The survey responses guide the direction and priorities of our PTA, to ensure that we are continuing to offer programs that are of interest to students and families and focusing our efforts where you would like to see improvement and change.  We wanted to take the time to share the results of this survey with you today.

The new PTA board and parent volunteers are already hard at work planning out activities, fundraisers, and programs for the 2016/2017 school year.  I would encourage you to join us on any variety of projects that the PTA will be offering in the new school year.  We strive to have a variety of opinions, a broad and diverse volunteer base, and input from families representing all grades.

If you have questions or would like to provide additional feedback, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Executive board at

Thank you,

Lori Reed

President, Crescent Heights PTA
